It has been sufficiently demonstrated that too exercise provides protection against cancer and reduces the risk of relapse in cancer patients. I recommend exercising three to four times a week for at least half an hour. Moving briskly at five kilometers per hour is already very valuable. Jogging is even better.
Inner peace is also essential. After all, the beneficial effect of your diet and exercise is partly canceled out if you pay insufficient attention to your mental well-being.
